Drop-In Groups
Our monthly drop-in groups are a welcoming space for anyone who has experienced abortion. Each session focuses on a different topic and offers hope, encouragement, and connection in a safe, judgment-free environment. You’re welcome to come every month or just when it works for you. Join the conversation or simply listen — whatever feels right. Each group meets once a month for 90 minutes, and no ongoing commitment is required. Come as you are. You’re not alone.
Unraveled Roots
Do you find yourself making the same destructive choices over and over again? This group will help expose the lies you believe about yourself, as well as other damaging behaviors and mindsets that you may not even realize are painful and limiting. We offer this study in a virtual or in-person weekly format for seven weeks. Unraveled Roots is a resource from Supportafterabortion.com
Forgiven and Set Free
Forgiven and Set Free is a Bible study designed for women who have experienced one or more abortions. Thousands of women have found this study to be a vital step toward lasting spiritual healing. This faith-based approach to healing is biblically grounded. Topics include relief and denial, anger, overcoming guilt and shame, and learning how to walk in forgiveness and experience true healing. We offer the study in two formats: a weekend retreat or a 10-week weekly session. All contacts are kept confidential. Forgiven and Set Free is written by Linda Cochrane.

Not quite ready for group sessions? If you’re looking for someone to talk to—someone who understands what it’s like to go through an abortion—we’re here for you. You don’t have to go through this alone. Whether you just want a listening ear or are seeking a referral to professional counseling, we’re ready to support you, wherever you are in your journey.
